The main objective of the planned experiment is to obtain a stabilized nanoemulsion vitamin D3, followed by obtaining nanocapsules D3 with high biological potential, as well analyze spatial (dimensional) characteristics, study stability and resulting product. In presented study, physicochemical technological properties D substance were studied optimal ultradispersion mode was selected. composition experimentally established technology for laboratory samples proposed. shape size obtained studied. Based on developed experimental model, obtained. quantitative content in analyzed sample 76.9% holding time 2.0 min. results studying proved their 12 months. are way modifying subsequent production tablets improved biopharmaceutical properties. selection excipients based prediction properties, producing nanocapsules, allows increase duration therapeutic effect while simultaneously reducing maximum concentration drug body. solubilizers achieving more complete, rapid targeted dissolution active given part intestine has been confirmed. aim quality such adequate bioavailability, safety, low toxicity, no side effects controlled release.
